F.A.Q.

HOW TO MANAGE THE MOTOR?

There's a switch on the board: press it and the motor starts. Press it again and the motor stops. When assistance is activated, the on-board intelligence automatically stops the motor after the take-off, when surfing. It also stops the motor if you fall. All you have to do is concentrate on what you're doing!

HOW LONG CAN I SURF WITH ASSISTANCE?

Depending on the settings you choose via the Kahe Surf app (surfing mode and power), you can use the drive for between 50 and 75 minutes. That's enough for sessions of 2 to 2.5 hours!

HOW HEAVY IS THE BATTERY?

The battery weighs just 1.5 kg, and can be removed without tools in less than 3 seconds!

CAN I FLY A KAHE SURFBOARD?

Absolutely! The 160 Wh battery (standard battery) is allowed in the cabin (2 max per passenger): you can surf anywhere on the planet :)! Your Kahe board without battery can be checked in on the plane, just like any other surfboard.

HOW CAN WE GUARANTEE RESPECT FOR EVERYONE ON SITE?

Just apply the charter and all will be well!

IMPORTANT

Don't forget to exit "surf" mode when you take the board out of the water at the end of the session (long press on the switch): propulsion can no longer be started by an unexpected short press.

Note: for safety's sake, the motor will stop running after a few seconds if the assist detects that the propeller is not immersed in the water - this is normal!
