KAHE products are guaranteed for 2 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It is strictly limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective or non-conforming after inspection by us.

The product or parts under warranty must be returned by the purchaser to the brand's distributor, or to our workshops, at the purchaser's expense and risk, accompanied by a letter explaining the fault and the purchase invoice. This manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal rights of consumers under current French legislation. This warranty does not cover products intended for rental or professional use.

The warranty does not cover breakdowns or related malfunctions:
- Use of the product in a way that does not comply with its intended use as described in the product description on this site and in its user manual.
- Failure to comply with the operating instructions and precautions described in its user manual.
- External elements or mistreatment of the equipment, such as falls, impacts, accidents or vandalism.
- Failure to carry out maintenance or servicing in accordance with the operations described in the manual.
- Repairs, interventions or modifications to the product carried out by persons or entities not authorized by the brand.
- Normal wear and tear of the various components of the product, in particular: bearings, sacrificial anode (propeller head), decrease in battery performance over time, wear and tear of normal parts.
