REDUCE OUR ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT

Kahe wants to make water sports more accessible, but not at the expense of our environment. Because we love water and nature, Kahe is committed to reducing the ecological impact of its production as much as possible. To be able to surf tomorrow, we need to take care of our oceans today. As soon as a product is created and marketed, it has a cost for the planet, even if we try to reduce its impact as much as possible.

The micropropulsion on our boards is electric and fully integrated. It causes no water, air or noise pollution. It does not disturb the ocean's flora and fauna. The batteries used are rechargeable. We will soon be offering a green circuit for taking them back and reconditioning them.

RECYCLED BATTERIES

Concerned about the recyclability of our batteries, we have entered into a partnership with a French start-up offering an incredible high-tech solution for the production of recycled and recyclable batteries: GOUACH. The first prototype has already been manufactured and is currently being tested. In the future, we plan to supply our customers with such batteries, made in France.

FIRST AND FOREMOST, THE SAFETY OF USERS

Water safety is another pillar of our vision. Water sports can be dangerous, especially if basic safety rules are not followed. While we want to make surfing more accessible, we don't want this to be at the expense of the other surfers present. That's why we strongly encourage all our customers to sign our surfing charter before getting in the water and using their board for the first time, so that you and all the surfers around you can surf safely. If you haven't yet read our surfing charter, have a look!

An electrically assisted boat can be an invaluable asset when it comes to rescuing a person in danger in the water. We all know that the ocean is unpredictable and that in the water, every second is precious. That's why we want to tackle the issue of surfer and swimmer safety, while at the same time developing a project for an electrically-assisted rescue board to facilitate the work of rescuers.

SPORT FOR ALL

Kahe Surf is above all a human adventure, built on a desire to share the pleasures of surfing with everyone. Above all, surfing is a vehicle for great human values: sharing, solidarity, respect for the ocean and other surfers. Everyone knows that surfing is a demanding sport. We're not all in the same physical condition, and some of us have physical disabilities that prevent us from getting on the wave or standing up properly. We want to make surfing more accessible to people with reduced mobility, by working with associations. The idea is to help people discover the pleasures of surfing thanks to our electric boards, which can sometimes be better adapted to people's physical condition.
